I never thought running would fit my life style, but it seems I like it ... so I put in place the whole ritual: bought the best pair of tennis available, bought a nike+ sportband, and started with 2 objectives:
- be able to run the semi-marathon 'marseille-cassis' on october 30: so far I might still do it, but stay tuned, for updates ...
- train/run 8 times in 2 weeks: why it was an objective (it might sound like "come on, run 8 times in 2 weeks?!"), well, having a job, a personal business, being president of an association (on which if I don't do anything nothing is done), having a gf, etc, etc, etc ... finding the time to run/train is not an easy task ... but I did it!
Then the Nike+ site sent me a 'congratulations' video, starred by Allyson Felix (olympic and world champion) and a nice image of a golden prize ...
But for sure the best motivation I can find is to see myself enjoying it, I'll do my best to make it a regular activity for the rest of my life!
